March 6, 2010 --- Italian-American St Joseph's Day Parade

Beginning at Canal Street and Chartres; proceeding down Chartres. through the Qaurter, then down Decatur to the Convention Center.

March 7, 2010 --- Irish-Italian-Islenos Parade
St Bernard, 12pm  losislenos.org

The parade begins and ends at the Sigur Cultural Center and parades down Judge Perez.

March 12, 2010 --- Monaghan's Annual Irish Parade
French Quarter, 7pm  mollysatthemarket.net
Annual parade through the Quarter that starts and ends at Molly's at the Market.

March 13, 2010 --- Irish Channel St Patrick's Day Parade
New Orleans Garden District, 12:30pm  irishchannelno.org
Annual parade that kicks off after mass at St Mary's Assumption at Felicity and Magazine St. through the Lower Garden District. Parade goers are traditionally pelted with produce (cabbages, potatoes, etc.) from Mardi Gras sized floats.

March 13, 2010 --- Ponchatoula St Patrick's Day Parade
From Whitney Bank to Rockefellers, 10:30am  ponchatoulachamber.com
Ponchatoula’s 25th Annual St. Patrick’s Day walking parade with throws including cabbage, potatoes, carrots and more; Irish Dance Party follows after the parade rolls through Downtown Ponchatoula

March 14, 2010 --- St Patrick's Day Parade

Old Metairie, 12pm  jeffparish.net
Featuring Mardi Gras-style floats and trucks, parade goers will be able to grab cabbages and other vegetables, as well as beads and flowers. Starting at Rummel High School, up Severn to Metairie Road ending at Focis and Canal.

March 17, 2010 --- Parasol's St Patrick's Day Party

Parasol's Restaurant & Bar, corner of Third and Constance Streets. The green beer and Guinness flow at this annual, all-day St. Pat's bash in the Irish Channel.

March 17, 2010 --- Bagpipes & Beer Bash on Fulton Street
Fulton Street at Poydras starting at 4pm 

Bagpipes and beer along with live music from Mojeaux, prizes for wildest Irish attire and more along the Gordon Biersch and Ernst Cafe alley.

March 17, 2010 --- Irish Chanel St Patrick's Day Block Party
Annunciation Square 10am-6pm

Benefit for St Michaels Special School which is located just behind where the party takes place.

March 17, 2010 --- Downtown Irish Club Parade
New Orleans Faubourg Marigny, 6:30pm (943-0785)
The annual downtown St. Patrick's Day parade begins on the corner of Burgundy and Piety in the Bywater, proceeds roughly up Royal, across Esplanade to Decatur, up Bienville to Bourbon. Members of the marching group stop at local watering holes for refreshments. They liberally throw beads and will trade a white or green carnation for a kiss.

March 21, 2010 --- Irish-Italian Parade
Metarie, Veterans Blvd, 12pm  lairish-italian.org
Featuring seperate grand marshalls, one Irish and one Italian, this parade rolls down the traditional Metairie parade route with the exception of skipping the turn on Bonnabel all together.
