Q: Where can I park my bicycle?
A: There will be a complimentary bike valet by the will call and box office
Q: I don’t wanna deal with parking, how do I get there?
A: There are many options available from Voodoo shuttle buses to the streetcar. See the travel section for details
Q: Can I bring a camera?
A: No professional equipment, but disposable and small digital photography is allowed
Q: Is there an onsite Box Office and Will Call?
A: Yes
Q: Do they accept credit and debit cards?
A: Yes, and there are also ATMs on the Voodoo grounds
Q: Is Voodoo all ages?
A: Yes
Q: Do kids get discounts?
A: Free admission for children 10 and under when accompanied by an adult ticket holder
Q: Will I have in and out privileges?
A: If you have weekend or LOA passes, YES. If you have single day tickets, NO
Q: I bought weekend passes, how do I get in both days?
A: Upon entry, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband that you must keep on for the duration of the weekend
Q: What if I lost my wristband?
A: Don’t take it off, you will have to purchase another ticket.
Q: Is there a Lost & Found?
A: During the Festival, look for lost items at the Lost & Found booths on site in the town square
Q: Will I be searched coming in?
A: Yes
Q: What if it rains?
A: Voodoo is a rain or shine event.

Framed or large backpacks
Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival)

Any outside food or beverages
Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
Bicycles inside Festival grounds
Portable/collapsible chair (except for handicap)
Fireworks
Explosives
Umbrellas
Non-collapsible chairs
Coolers (except for medical needs – e.g. insulin for diabetics)
Tents
Pets (except service dogs)
Professional Video equipment
Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
